Many people have problems with home telephones but our problem was getting worse by the day and needed sorting out.  We had internet and phone connection problems and it went on for ages and eventually we decided to get it sorted out.  We rang the phone provider and told them what had happened and that we were not happy.  We said the phone never seems to work and we have to use our mobiles and the internet kept going off and asked what they were prepaired to do about it or we will change and go with another provider!  In all fairness, we had left it far too long but the service we got was brilliant.  We got advised that they were going to give us 3 months free internet connection and also send out a brand new phone and an extra phone for the home for the inconvenience they had caused us.  I had been calling them worse than mad all week as i was so fed up but in all fairness, they acted so professionally and we couldn’t fault how they handle our situation.
